Honda Jazz was launched in India back in 2009 when its 2nd Generation was launched globally. At that time the car was available only with a 1.2 litre i-VTEC petrol engine. The second generation looked more like a mini MP-V than a premium hatchback. The Third Generation returned to the market with several new upgrades, Including Design. Honda has finally introduced a 1.5 litre i-DTEC Diesel engine in its new Jazz. The diesel variant is available with a 5 speed manual and an 6 speed automatic transmission for better fuel economy. Even the petrol has gone through a couple of upgrades with increase in power and better fuel economy, it is one of the best petrol engine available in the market.
